INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE COMPLETION OF FORM.
1. All questions must be answered and form signed. New TCA applicants must attach this application to the original TCA application if applying for Lakes & Pines membership.
2. A check for the annual dues must accompany this application.
$10 - non refundable application fee, plus $30 for annual membership (calendar year)
3. Form must be sent to Division Secretary (see bottom of form for name and address) and signed by Secretary. If applying for TCA membership also, TCA application will be forwarded to TCA Business Office for processing.
4. You must be a TCA member, or applying for TCA membership before you can apply for membership in the Lakes & Pines Division.

PROSPECTIVE MEMBER - You may attend one (1) meeting as the guest of a sponsoring Lakes & Pines Member.
MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS - Any person who is a member of the Train Collectors Association, who collects or operates tinplate trains, or who collects any items relating to tinplate trains or who professes a serious interest therein may apply for membership. The Board of Directors may from time-to-time place such additional requirements or restrictions on the qualifications for membership as it may deem necessary.
DUTIES AND RIGHTS QF MEMBERS - 1) Members shall be current in fees and dues. Members whose dues are in arrears shall be considered not in good standing and dropped from the Division. 2) Members must abide by T.C.A. Description Standards as specified by the Board of Directors of the T.C.A. and such other policies as that board may prescribe. 3) Members shall conduct themselves so as to further the purposes of the T.C.A. as stated in its Charter. 4) Members attending Division functions shall conduct themselves in such a manner so as to promote cooperation, interest, and fellowship in collecting trains. Guests accompanying Division members to functions shall be the responsibility of the member. 5} Members shall be fair and prompt in their dealings.
MEETING LOCATION - Meetings are held the second Sunday of each month (except as noted in the newsletter) at the John P. Murzyn HALL, 530 Mill Street N,E., Columbia Heights, Minnesota, 55421, 612-782-2860 (see map). Doors open at Noon and close at 2:30 p.m. (unless otherwise noted). Boxes of items for sale or trade can be brought to the meeting floor and placed on tables.
CLASSES of MEMBERS AND ANNUAL DUES- Dues shall be payable with application and then annually in December for the following calendar year. Checks are payable to TCA-Lakes & Pines Division and mailed to the Treasurer.
Annual Membership dues for all classes - $30 unless otherwise noted. Members whose dues are in arrears shall be considered not in good standing and dropped from the Division.
Membership renewal- dues will be collected starting in December for the following calendar year.
Regular Members are those collectors who join the Division, pay dues and subscribe to the duties and regulations of membership.
Honorary Membership - Lifetime Member - Honorary Membership may be conferred on any member or non-member by unanimous approval of the Board of Directors and carries all privileges of regular membership. No annual dues are required.
Junior Membership - Junior members are regular members who have not reached their 18th birthday and are so designated by their membership number suffixed by the year they attain their 18th birthday. They have all rights and privileges except that of holding office.
